Recently completed by iKonic by R&S ,this elegant apartment is situated in The Palm, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. From the balanced floor plan and multiples sources of lighting to the large scale rug, ikonic by R&S team proves that good interior design can make 568 sqft feel like million.  iKonic by R&S solution was to design a custom-made divider headboard beautifully layered with a matching wallpaper to divide the space in two separate area: a living / entertainment area and a sleeping area. This not only creates extra space within the property but also create a “wow” factor when visitors discover a perfectly set bedroom behind the divider. Shimmering surfaces, sumptuous textiles, reflective mirrors and the right combination of finishing and textures brought together an elegant beautiful interior. The birch wood introduced with the wood floor is the dominant material in the space, to which we added stainless steel touches, an embrace of reflective, clear and metal

This modern box bouse is called Firth 114802. This house is a private residence designed by Three14 Architects . It is located in Cape Town, South Africa. “Designed for a young family in the suburban area of Rondebosch, Cape Town, this house sits on an elongated site with views towards Devil’s Peak and The Back Table, which is the south-eastern edge of the iconic Table Mountain. The client’s brief called for a contemporary, open plan home that provides a relaxed lifestyle and takes advantage of the site and its views. The resultant form is a minimal white box containing the bedroom accommodation on the first floor, hovering over the living spaces on the ground floor below. This box was articulated with strategic openings maximising views and exposure to light, with a central courtyard carved out adjacent to the kitchen and dining room to create a focal point. The mass of the floating box is broken down on the street façade with a dramatic screen wall

The Golf House is a private residence designed by Studio 15b . Located in Brisbane, Australia, the home was completed in 2014. Completed in late 2014, this new home is located within an established residential suburb of Brisbane over looking a beautiful treed golf course. It has been designed for a golf loving, retired couple who like to entertain their large family that visit regularly from Brisbane and abroad. The design aims to take advantage of the golf course outlook beginning from the first moment you step inside the front door. Visitors are welcomed with a view from the entry directly down the centre of the exterior swimming pool and the treed outlook beyond. The entry space divides the home between the private spaces such as bedrooms and bathrooms from the public zones of open planned living, dining and kitchen. The polished timber floor of the entry also delineates the public and private spaces and continues, following the view, externally to the poo
