Actually this modern house is known as Villa Van Schijndel. The project wasw completed by Lab32 architecten. This modern house is the renewal and extention of the original bungalow. That original bungalow was designed by Dutch architect Van der Woerd in the late 50s in Bilthoven, The Netherlands. The house is featuring an exclusive residential area with large plots, open forest on the back side and dense vegetation.  The layout and design of the interior is really reorganized by the architect team. The new idea applied in the house was to orientate all rooms towards the large garden, pool house and also the pool. Because all of the living spaces have large windows that is connected outdoor to interior, the beautiful views of outside can be seen from inside. Beside that, terrace with Livium shades.  The excess to all living space such as dining room, kitchen, bedroom and also living room is gift by the house’s high main entrance hall on the ground level of the villa.

Actually this contemporary house is a resort villa which is located in the Côte d’Azur, France. There are many things that make this house so beautiful. For examples, modern kitchen contemporary bedroom design and other beautiful style of interior design . The landscape of the beautiful house was designed spreading over the extensive terraced area. Beside that the panoramic sea views can be seen from the beautiful pool of the villa. This area also can be used for party or events. People can access all property levels with a funicular on the exterior and lifts in the interior. This contemporary house is featuring spa, sauna, hammam, indoor pool, massage room and a gym area that fully equipped with the newest technology of Kinesis & Technologym equipments. The design of the interior of the highest level is really beautiful because in this area large dining room and living room designed which offer180° sea views. The room is also connected by modern design guest kitchen. 

This amazing home is known as mountain guest house. This house is located in Barcelona, Spain and it was designed by dom arquitectura.  If I’m not mistake, this house is the result of remodeling house. The first remodeling was setting the insulation and waterproofing and the same was also done for interior space and façade.  The main concept of this house is to open the inside space to outside. It means that the view of nature outside can be enjoyed from inside. The user can enjoy the large beautiful landscape. To cover the terrace, the roof was extended with iron pergola and a new wicker. The reason is to allow the visitors to enjoy the garden from the terrace space so the will closer the nature and orchard.  The interior was designed as a single and continuous where the kitchen, living room and small dining area formed the main space that connected bathroom and bedroom. This Contemporary house is known as Retrospect Vineyards Residence. It was designed by   Swatt Miers Architects and finished in 2014. The contemporary home is located in Windsor, California, USA. The rectilinear house was designed by the architect with living area and dining area over looked family room on the mezzanine have different level  so it looks like second level area.    The unique thing about the house is a floating roof with a deep overhang spans a glass walled guest house and main house. It also creates protected outdoor kitchen and dining terrace which has pool. In order to make low maintenance house, the materials selected are Windsor and St. Tropez limestone and white cement plaster for the exterior cladding.  To allow Natural light and to penetrate the house, the architect placed window systems vary strategically. This beautiful Spanish style house is belong to Robert Pattinson.   It was designed by architect Stiles O. Clements in 1922 He bought this house from Kareem-Abdul Jabbar in September 2011 for about $6 Million. It is beautiful house surrounded by beautiful circumstances.   When we see the interior, large movie screen drops from the living room’ ceiling, so the people inside can enjoy watch movie like in the cinema.   Then you can see that the living room opens directly to the backyard patio. The room opens on both sides to the outdoors. And when we see the kitchen inside, we can see that white wall and tall ceilings attract more natural light into the kitchen. He is become a billionaire just by playing “minecraft”. By the way, the house is located is Los Angles, California. It contains 3 bedrooms, 5 bathroom and generous 3 car garages. . Living and dining rooms on the uppermost floor open via floor-to-ceiling glass sliders to a terrace with outdoor fireplace, as does the master suite that also includes a fitted walk-in closet and see-through fireplace. The house also has family room on the lowest level that has sunken wet bar and opens to a terrace with stainless steel barbeque, infinity swimming pool and party sized spa.
